Spinneyfields Wensleydale with Cranberry Bites
Spinneyfields Wensleydale with Cranberry Cheese wrapped in a filo pastry bites.
This recipe takes no more than five minutes to prepare:
1) Dice the Wensleydale with Cranberry Cheese,
2) Place a few small cubes in the centre of your filo pastry square,
3) Brush with a milk paste,
4) Wrap the pastry around the cheese,
4) To finish brush the outside of the pastry to secure.
Then place in the oven for just 20 minutes!
