Since 1973 FJ Need (Foods) Limited has come a long way from its starting place at the corner shop. We are now a large Grated, Block and Sliced Cheese producing Company. We supply to the Wholesale, Catering, Manufacturing and Foodservice sectors, providing foods to the hospitals, schools and hotel chains of today. Our Cheese is quality Cheese and nothing less. We take pride in our service and the loyalty we share with our customers. With 38 years experience we believe that we have found the right combination.
As well as Spinneyfields Cheese, Spinneyfields Sauces, Spinneyfields Mayonnaise and a Mile End Farm Mayonnaise are our most popular other products to date. Spinneyfields Salted Butter is another top seller at this point in time with unsalted butter on its way soon.
Our second brand established in 1995, The Salt Company also stands by the same morals and is about quality and service. Again we provide a whole range of salt which you can see at our product page.
Our third and most recent brand to mention is the newly launched A Special Recipe, By Giovanni Bisogno (2011). After working alongside a major manufacturer for some time now we believe that together we have solved the problems of today.
